The Windows 10 version 1903 and 1909 Patch Tuesday patch for this month, KB 4549951, has drawn lots of criticism (and more than a few clickbaity headlines) for bugs and crashes. We’re seeing a reappearance of the old race condition/temporary profile bug, but the rest look like one-offs. Do you sense a pattern? Another Patch Day, another Problem Day

I read the entire article and saw the various unethical behaviors that the article called out, but I did not see one line that said, "workers will steal proprietary info".
Can someone tell me where that is in the article? Just curious.

Game theory, innit.
Even if you don't wish to act unethically, once you establish that others are acting unethically (and, worse, that it directly leads to career advancement and success) then it becomes irrational to hold back.
If everyone else (well everyone else who is doing well) is cheating, the only way to compete successfully is to cheat as well. See also certain sports, of course.
