Bram, you're discussing politics. It's not about freedom of speech (yell what you want from your front doorstep while keeping sensible social distancing), it's not about calling a spade a spade or facts vs opinion.
It's about keeping the lounge civil and in 20 years I can't recall many discussions on politics - let along someone as divisive as Trump - that hasn't devolved quickly into a flame war. Let's keep that out of the Lounge as per our rules please.

The term is somewhat more specific. A site may have rules about appropriate contents, forbidding stuff that does not fall under trolling. Trolling is like "picking a fight", being provocative, for the main purpose of making other readers getting angry and writing emotional responses.
In a forum devoted to cultivating of apples, a post about cultivating of oranges, from a poster thinking that the forum is about cultivating fruit in general, does not qualify as trolling.
I didn't see the original post before it was removed, but from the responses, it seems like this was a case of trolling, though!

Do you like him now? The last time, you speculated that he was a neo-Nazi because he said something nasty about democracy. Mabye that's what you call anyone who attacks one of your sacred cows. Yet a communist or serious monarchist might also have said it. Or a classical liberal, which is what Mencken actually was, although the term is too tame to do him justice. He also had about as much use for religion as do you.

I read that the main reason for his health decline was that his surgeon was unfamiliar with treating obese patients. That I can believe. Kim is/was probably the only fat person in the whole country. Everyone else is starving!

He isn't/wasn't merely fat, but extremely obese, with a BMI of approximately 45. That alone makes him a poor risk for any surgery.
Add to that known cardiac issues, heavy smoking, etc., and no reputable surgeon would touch him.
(Of course in the DRNK, I doubt the surgeon had much choice.  )
