What to do, as an honest and capable developer, is take the list of "requirements" in the "job specifications", and copy and paste it to the bottom of your CV.
That way, it will get past the HR wankers keyword-checkers superior beings, and find its way to the people who are looking to find a colleague, and who probably didn't ask for a third of the listed requirements.
No, I am not joking; not even a little bit. Do precisely that -- give it a heading like "Summary of Position Applied For".

I like the ones that ask for more year's of experience in a specific technology or topic, then how long that tech/topic has been available/active/alive.

Typically they ask for "experience in: many things because
1. they want to throw anything they like at you
2. inevitably most the tasks they give you will have little to do with anything they asked for experience in.
"can you look after these old [ill suited [often blackbox] to their business flow] [cr]apps on our [motley collection of stale] pc's."
later on they'll ask you why you aren't applying you experience
"where's you magic mate? we're still stuck here using the same systems [that you had no choice in],"
... of course and your suggestions to change were soundly ignored/vetoed.
Oh sh*t! - Just described this job I recently took on with promises of good things.

Went to the animal shelter last Friday.
I somehow thought it was necessary to get the most scared cat they had, so that's what I now have
She went straight under the couch and from there she went under the kitchen to the one place in the house where I can't see or reach her (in crevices I didn't even know where there).
A weekend has passed and she's still under the kitchen.
At least she eats, drinks and uses the litter box when I'm not around.
She'll turn around and we'll be good friends in ten years or so

It's fascinating how cats do that "low to the ground" slinking when they are fear mode -- ready to spring!
And it's great you picked a cat that probably very few other people would have. I suspect you might find her sleeping on your bed soon enough!

Those are the best kinds of cats
They generally form a tighter bond with just one or two people than the social cats who have a bit of a bond with everyone.
It does take some time though.
It took Nika a few months before she was brave enough to sleep in my bed, I bet it'll take Pink a little longer.
Funnily enough, that was before she dared to sit with me outside of bed.
Cats are weird creatures.

I have one REALLY scared cat that turned around in a couple of weeks. And after that, he has been the most cuddly cat in the world.
But then I have another one that took FIVE years to trust us. One could wonder why we kept her despite that, but we wanted to give her a good home all the same without knowing if she would EVER trust us. My opinion was that she got along well with the other cats, she had food, heat and shelter etc, so it wasn't so important if she like us or not. If we had returned her to the shelter, she would definitely have been put down as we would have been the 3rd family to return her.
Finally, after five years, she gave in. It was actually a long and very dramatic story which I shall spare you, but after that, she finally started to trust us and cuddle and play with us. Now, after 10 years, she's ALMOST like a normal cat. But she doesn't want us to lift her. We can if we have to, but she gets really scared and sad if we do, so we try to not distress her unnecessarily.
But every morning now, she lies in my bed wanting to get her belly scratched.
And that, your honour, is why I'm always late for work!

Sometimes you learn something interesting reading YouTube comments (or rather, following semi-related links and reading those comments).
The guy getting trolled by Vader in that oldie-but-goodie "Vader being a jerk" video is played by the same actor who played Grand Maester Pycelle from Game of Thrones.
I never made the link. But then, there was a 30+ year gap between the two...

Apparently, the guy is an undercover legend[^]
He was in Indiana Jones, he voiced Aragog in Harry Potter, he played in James Bond and Troy, he played in the series The Saint, The Avengers (the series from the 60's, not the Marvel movies) and Dr. Who.
And of course Star Wars and GoT, as you mentioned.
All in all he's been making movies for 60 years! 
And we've never even heard of him

Depending on one's point of view, it's probably a blessing. Works all his life as an actor, he gets to be in huge productions, yet (I'm assuming) he manages to maintain some anonymity.
