It appears to be working. The database query can timeout occasionally, so just refresh and it should work.
We are working on it. This is usually only an issue with our lower id number members as they have a lot more rep data.

I made article and I am trying to download submitted attachment
but I get error "There seems to be a problem". Would you repair it? How to download submitted file?

I have more than one accounts when i login by gmail it opens my new accounts but this accounts is not opening there but gmail id is linked to this account how i open this account in other browser. i tried to forgot password but when i login by new password it Login my new account

There are changes going on behind the scenes, which I do not believe are fully implemented: About Us[^] the list is not complete and the new badge is presumably giving difficulties. Some have it already, some don't.
