I have already reported some of his items.
After telling him something in several occasions, I have almost never got an answer. He just comes from time to time, floods the moderation queue with several blogs at once and disappears again for a while.
I am personally and particularly not happy with the blogs as they are right now.
An article with a link, gets banned, but a blog with tens of links back to the blog is OK. For me that's still site driving and, on the other hand, a bit of double morals here.
The auto fed and blog moderation have still some bugs, they come with sh*tty formats in a big % of cases (specially when the author don't use the CP format in his blog), you can't post any message in a blog that has not been approved yet...
I would personally opt out the auto feed from the site.
EDIT: See? Now there are 8 blogs at once...

As far as I can see the latest blog posts seem to have excessive amounts of links, not only to other posts but also different training materials, download instructions, and also links for twitter.
An example from the latest posts What is SQLite3? or Ten Things a Junior DBA Should Learn
Sometimes they also contain links to paid products, for example SQL Truncate and Delete contains two links for products or services.
Perhaps @sean-ewington could have a chat with the author if needed.

The "user" works in the company (link under the avatar in his profile) and he is the only member of the other Group-Account... so I suppose he knows.
But... maybe @Sean-Ewington could have some words? If he gets the links to his company away, I find the article interesting.
I am reporting the group account, but giving the user and the article a second chance (at least until Sean has spoken with him)
