OK, it's in Chinese, so we can't accept it as is. But ... there are two links in there, one labeled as his blog (dodgy) and others which purport to go to GoLang.org and beego but go ... via his blog.
I'd say that's more than a little dodgy - I haven't followed them because I find that kind of thing worrying and don't feel like restoring my system today - and I'm voting Spam and Spammer.

He has a question[^], then he answers [^] himself with a link to an external place, then a comment [^] to the answer with a link to github
And a couple of comments more (that raised the doubt of the "moron" part)

My SpammySense says "Not", but there is certainly an element of "idiot" and "lazy" in there.
