So I work in the center of Utrecht and a shooter is on the run.
Shot at a tram this morning, but escaped police.
They're not excluding a terrorist motive.
Six police cars just stopped in front of the building (I work at the World Trade Center...).
Exciting times, but not the good kind 
Hopefully this ends well and we won't have more casualties (so far only injuries confirmed).

Well, it's not the WTC, so it should be ok.
It's right in the center of Utrecht though.
Anyway, they know now who did it and it's not a terrorist attack.
Still didn't catch the a**hole though.

It was supposed to be a retribution against a single targeted person, something to do with "honor" (whatever that means).
Unfortunately, some poor sods got caught up in the fire (which is to be expected in a full tram...)
So basically it's an incident and the shooter wasn't planning on making more, or as much as possible, victims.
I still hope they shoot the shooter, whatever they call it.
