There are a heck of a lot of links there, which go to two sites: Github (fine by me) and "Medium dot com" which is ad supported (uBlock reports it blocked 4 when I did a quick check), and this bit at the bottom Quote: Everyone Else: Follow us on Medium and
combined with the lack of real substance in a long article and his joining today makes me vote for "spam".

I don't know about spam but it's tool sharing. He should talk about how he made it, not what it does and send links to a GitHub project.
