I just added this as plagiarised / spam - but I totally agree, it's complete garbage.
I suspect that it's the original "author" posting it, but I think it's intended to drive traffic to his site (the URL of which is at the top of the "article") though why anyone woudl want to I really don;t know ... everything there is of a similar quality.

It's a pretty bad article, but ... it smells of plagiarism (but I can't find it on Google), and the link in paragraph three makes it look like spam.
It could be genuine - just poor quality - but I'm reluctant to do anything with it.
