Looking at the source, I suspect this started out as a blog:

And that's why... if it is a blog / came as blog on the first time (and got changed to article due to the bug I describe below), then I don't report it.
If its first version is an article and is full of links... I do report it. (Sean's confirmation on this one)

There is an active and annoying bug
If the member posts a blog but a CP Editor modifies it, it will get posted as article and then it is not possible to change it back to the type Blog.
So yes... I would summon @Sean-Ewington and let him check and wipe the reports / reinstate something if needed
