Still looks inoccuous until the member posts a solution to an old question How to create virtual serial ports using C++ in windows[^] quoting the same Eltima link.

You don't need to let them through to get the user if you use Chrome - right click the title in the moderation screen and select "Inspect". You can then open the branches to get to the user and right click "Copy link address" to get the proper URL.
It's been reported, and it's "being fixed". Damn annoying though.
