He'll regret this once he starts getting homework assignments, and he can't post them in QA because his IP address has been blocked. 
Even better: if the school's entire IP range is blocked, and none of his classmates can post their homework to QA, and they find out who's responsible.

My reaction was to get his IP address to register a complaint with his service provider, so I hope he is watching.

Yeah, I remember having to write documentation for systems for the NY and Baltimore police. All documents had to be at grade 6 reading level OR LESS. : :
