I only see one link, and it is not a link to the site but to a PDF in their cloud.
I haven't check how much "copy" work is there because I can't read Russian.
If the product are really free and not trials with limitations, I would say there is no spam.
If he has nothing to do with that company (which in this case is not obvious), then I would say it is not spam.

1. Pressed the wrong button (spam instead of Format needed)
