I was asking if they checked it out. If he has been caught doing plagiarism now, then the odds that he did it before are there.
And only because the article won a competition it doesn't mean, that it is a correct article. It would not be the first winner that had cheated.

I trust the members here. If they're unsure, they debate. People can object with rational arguments, and if substantiated, everyone settles down. It's like a little tribunal all unto itself. If they do something wrong I tell them. It doesn't happen a lot. This guy plagiarized three articles that I could find, and I think this might be his second account.
