But Praxis Shows that some of the "site guards" translate this as zero tolerance.
Anyway, it is not my issue...

Good point. I'm sure all those rules/policies were written many years ago and by different authors. There always room for improvement and consolidation.

Good point - the message (whichever way around it is) should be consistent.
I also disagree with the "long-standing member" bit - perhaps "a very active member who has otherwise behaved themselves" rather then "length of service"
How about sticking something under Bugs & Sugs?

Thank you for your note. Ultimately I'm released that Sean Ewington directly took the action, because in case I would have this described in B&S nobody would have understood it (because of my strange english, as you can see just for this sentences  ).

But you already got replies and edited your post by removing the original content. From my point of view it would be better to apologise in the thread like "Sorry, it was a bad idea. Please forget about it".
