Looking at the name of the account I would say a dormant one, instead of hacked.

You may need to check his other 44 articles. And I think the fact that he give the source of his quote makes it not plagiarism.

He gave a source for the picture - he didn't say "I copy'n'pasted this". The actual article he took the image and text from isn't linked to, just the "parent site".
I checked his other 2018 article and that's copied as well.

Yes - it's plagiarised.
He also has this: HYBRID Cloud Log ANALYSIS-LOG_DND(SP)[^] which is copied from here: Hybrid Cloud Architectures - Amazon Web Services (AWS)[^]
Search both for Quote: For most organizations with on-premises technology investments, operating in a hybrid architecture is a necessary part of cloud adoption.
And it's pretty obvious.
The "author" is Md. Marufuzzaman - Professional Profile[^] and it looks like his newer stuff is just copy'n'paste. It's possible his old stuff is as well, but that's too out of date to tell without close forensics.
At a guess, he took a couple of years out of CP, and decided to plagiarise when he came back, but that's just speculation.

Look like he copied it word for word. That something I would never do. Maybe he should just contribute a link to the original article instead of copied it to CP.

When you submit an article, you have to make sure the check box it ticked: "I have read and agree to the contributors agreement", and that says:
Quote: You have necessary Rights to your Work: You are the author of the Work and have not assigned your rights or had such rights vest in any third party by contract, operation of law or otherwise or if not the author, you have secured all necessary rights and licenses from the owner(s); and you have the right to grant the rights and licenses contained herein.
That doesn't mean "I've copied this, but I supplied a link to one of the originals, so it's mine now."
Think about it: if you wrote a little game, and I came long, filed off the serial numbers, called it "Flappy Birds", stuck it up on Google play, and suddenly I'm pulling down $50,000 per day in ad revenue would you be a happy bunny?
Writing an article is the same thing: it's damn hard work! Getting the code right is the easy bit; getting the words down pat takes an order of magnitude more effort. Then someone comes along, says to himself "that'll look good on my resume" and submits it by CTRL+A, CTRL+C, CTRL+TAB, CTRL+V, "Yes, I wrote it", "Submit" - is that fair? Personally, I don't think so.
