How lazy do we have to be? "I can't lift my hands to type anymore". If you are surfing for something other than music for listening, most likely you will be right there at the screen. This ranks right up there with the invention of the straw. I can get the cup within 2 inches of my lips...but then my arm gets tired...

Yes, I remember 4GL's, CASE Tools, Executable UML and other failed attempts to go down these routes.
The best attempt so far is probably VB6, which made GUIs easy to create for the first time (but didn't exactly encourage good programming practice).
