Hey! Guys I need your help!
Last week my app was deleted from Play Store, the claim was that it violates spam policy with repetetive content. I tried to get in touch with console, but they said that the app is banned from store again with claim of repetitive content. They did not explain where in my app the policy was violated, leaving me wondering, what just happened and what was wrong with my app. Can you guys please could maybe explain what could be wrong with the app, so that maybe hypothetically I could understand the ban.
This actually left me wondered that basically Google can do anything without any explanation, just say that the policy have been violated and point- ban from the store.

He seems reasonable. I've reached out. And I think Blog Entries were getting pulled as "Projects" last week, which users may only have been able to switch to "Article," which may be the cause of original kerfuffle.

The spam is already gone, and the spammer is on 7, but I couldn't see a report here.
Even without seeing the spam message, the profile description says it all: "CEO, cheap assignment help Australia"

You've linked to what looks like a spam message within the article. Was that deliberate?
It looks like the download is a problem with a YouTube link:
<iFrame style="width:560px; height:315px" src="https://www.youtube.com/v/DZUXDSEuqek?version=3&feature=player_detailpage" allowfullscreen="true"></iFrame>
That's the only thing on the page that matches the file name of the download.

No the message is now closed, and I still get the D/L.
Even if you take the message ID out of the URL, I still get the D/L starting.
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

I have got the "would you like to open or save?" dialog when clicking to your link  but the message is closed for me too... weird
