He's not posted a link to anything, or recommended a commercial product, so it's not spam.
Yes, he's posted a new solution to a solved question from almost three years ago; and yes, that answer doesn't seem to be relevant to the question, and has a SQL Injection vulnerability.
But unless he makes a habit of it, that's not normally a capital offence.

I always think it's interesting that "sql injection" gets mentioned in the conversation with, as I said yesterday, "breadfans" ... I don't think it's appropriate to give posters with such odd slants on coding ANY ideas about ANYTHING that they don't have words to describe in the first place.
Which, ultimately, after I examine previous posts and all the evidence that I am able to gather about them, causes me to do things like this ... call attention to the absurdity of the item.
While on the subject of habit ... the only posters with habits here are those who give answers. The bad ... being comments as answers. And I also still think answering idiot questions is something noone should do. Positive reinforcements comments are, yes?
That makes reinforcing idiocy using the ANSWER widget complete transference.
Years of insanity in the CP psych ward, you understand ... not a good thing.

I have to agree with Richard.
I completely see your point and I report such poor answers too, but not as "spam"
You might use "unclear / incomplete" or "not an answer" or "inaccurate / misleading"
Using "spam" to items that are not spam, might confuse the algorithms of the filters increasing the wrong positives or letting real spam get through.
