In this 'current' world where we hardly touch to the pen (may for signing a cheque), our handwriting getting worsen...I think its a matter of practice

Not really. See the doctors... most of them had to write a ton of notes during college and still have a really bad handwriting.

I think every 'Doctor' in the world have 'DOCTORS' handwriting (you know what I mean...  )

and they have a shelf-life -- after a month, not even I can read them.
Anything important is written in Word. Then lost.

If it is realy important, I write it in a Notepad doc I keep open all the time for notes to self...

I do that sometimes for things I don't mind losing when my computer reboots on its own.
