Coming to Devops-Developers working in multiple projects can work together and can check in their code simultaneously without taking latest of files and finally pull requests has to be triggered and team lead has to merge all code changes.By implementing this practice no one will be in silo and we call it as a feature Continuous Integration. Now to make sure a continuous deployment to happen your project should pass your unit test cases.By implementing Test driven development you can make sure there are no unit test fails and you can move to the higher versions as per your need. There are also auto commit builds features are present in DevOps tools which makes project coordinators or managers life easier. This technology wouldn't cut jobs rather make sure to use existing testing resources to write code and automate the test by using tools based features. If application module is large then testers can also write unit test cases and pass them to implement a through checkpoint before application moves to higher environment.

AI- driven tools development will be one of the hot cake in 2018.BOTS/chart tools creation will obviously cut repetitive jobs that basically needs human support. The BOT/Chart should mature itself by taking more requests then they can perform the accurate actions. This must take time hence human resources who are in this field can upgrade themselves before this tools gets a full swing.

Machine Learning-This can be divided into Supervised and un supervised algorithms and a key driver for implementing AI.Data scientists will have a great role in implementing algorithms and core developers can get opportunity to write the code that implement these algorithms.

Natural language processing needs some time though and i don't feel there will be huge amount of job. This job will be limited with companies like Microsoft,Google,Apple or any kind of ISV's. Candidate with this niche skill is rare in market and if there is a surge then right people with this experience will get opportunity to grow themselves.I believe those who want a fresh start in this field has to crack in the above mentioned companies.
