posted one answer and i have rejected because i don't want to accept. Then S/He making wrong meaning of my posts.i was replied him with explanation but S/He started downvoting my question.

A user[^] has taken an exception to a conversation and has started to downvote my answers the last few days. I have ignored it but finally had an answer to a question[^] that was accepted weeks ago today reversed and downvoted. So I have deleted the answer and replied to the author accordingly. Now he has openly stated that he will continue this behavior and will Quote: keep it up

There is nothing in any of the messages - I edited each one and checked.
But ... I know what you mean. Too many "this article is great" in far, far too short a time - nobody reads a whole article in 30 seconds or less!
At the moment though, there isn't anything even remotely spammy, so I guess we just keep an eye on him and see where it goes...

I edited your post to remove what google thinks are contact numbers of some form: I'm guessing a telephone number in Seoul in some odd format.
