Good grief, stop being such a child. So you posted a single sentence question that could have had multiple meanings and you were challenged to make your actual question clearer. The fact that you were told it was unclear meant you should have paused for a second and thought about whether or not your question did provide the information you needed. As it is, you've been given AN answer and, no disrespect to Griff here, no one else can judge whether or not it's the correct answer because we still don't know what you were asking - all we do know is that Griff gave you an answer to the question he has assumed you asked.
So, now you come here to post that you have been offended and are going to close your account. If you were really serious, you'd just have closed your account; instead, you have come here seeking attention and for people to tell you not to go because we'll miss you. It takes a lot to get me riled, but the level of petulance and immaturity you have shown has prompted me to call you on your attention seeking. If you're really serious about leaving, just go. If, however, you're prepared to grow just a little, stay; ask better questions and enjoy the fact you'll get better answers.

If you are self employed it's alright I guess. But if you are full time, you've got to think about possible repercussions if your manager or other coworkers see your posts online. Same when you are looking for a job. Is this the sort of mental image a possible new job interviewer should be having about your personality?
Disclaimer : Guys like @Pete-OHanlon and @OriginalGriff can act anyway they want here though, since everyone knows they are highly skilled - so their craziness is not a factor.

I've just posted a solution to a Q&A question and notice a different rep point total displayed on the answer when compared with the total rep points in the page header, even after a page refresh.
The header shows 31.1K (tip: 31,141) but the answer shows 31.2K (tip: "Total reputation points). So it is unclear what the difference is.
To take a guess, it appears that the answer rep point total is adding the value of the votes + answer value to the total rep points before rounding...
Is this by design?
