I take it you are creating a mechanism for preventing these so I hope it is taken into use soon. Some of the accounts are obvious but some are not. Would it help listing clearly hand made ones or shouldn't any of these accounts be listed at all? Did you forget to use the "little red flag" to report the member accounts? (You do that and report them here, so the accounts get closed faster - it takes a number of votes from non-staff members to close an account.) Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Sorry, my mistake - they changed the rules a while ago, and I forgot - you need a certain reputation level in order to report accounts, and if you don't have it yet, then you can't see the flag. It was changed because certain members were creating sock-puppet accounts specifically to vote other members off the site ... You'll see it soon, I'm sure.
