Choose one, I personally am going for poor quality.

I agree with the others that, as it stands, I don't think it is spam. Pretty awful and in the wrong place, but not spam.
However! That last line has me suspicious...Quote: Comment here for any SEO related query.
So I suspect it might be a set up for spam. It's on my watch list
