Good day, I use web easy for my site.
I have a gallery that I have images and I want them to show a larger image on rollover. The script works but I would like for it to be centered on the page.
What do I need to add for this to happen?

To center the popup, depends on what that popup is. A plain-old JavaScript popup is based on the browser defaults, a custom made dialog is based on the settings of that framework. So if your popup, and since you have not shown where those wePop etc come from, there is very less that I can help with.
Ignore the following answer—I thought you were asking to place the script somewhere 
A script can go anywhere in your web application, from where it can be easily loaded and executed. One of the ways is to actually append the script element to your web page, where it is going to be used,

However, a good approach is to have a script in a separate file, its own file, and then link that script to the document by its location. Such as like this,

<script src="~/path/to/script.js"></script>

These are a few of the ways, that you can easily add the script to your document. The benefit of the second way, is that you can reuse the script in multiple pages, and this is the recommended way as well, you can then even link the script to your master layout page or theme file as well.
But just one thing; you would have to remove the hardcoded stuff, such as the hyperlink content etc, and then you can pass these elements and their values to the script for it to work.

Because, I have no idea even where a popup is; Where does that Image come from? And so many things, that are not included in the post itself.

I didn't mean to post twice... My computer loced up and when I rebooted I accidentally reposted..
I use web easy and the code I posted in my original post was the little bit of code the program produces and shows....
Hope you can help, I don't know enough abt JavaScript to get my image centered..

Does anyone have the javascript for rent distribution management?
Example : five people are staying in a rented apartment and the total rent is $3000. But there might be cases where one person may only $450 and someone else may pay that $100 and $50 by another guy for him. But this becomes more complex when it comes to distribution for hundreds of people and confusing to whom he should get the money from and how much.
ANOTHER CASE is : you paid 5000 where the distribution that you had to pay is just 3400 and other guys paid 730, 270, 1800, 2200. How to solve this by using javascript.
If anyone has the idea please let me know.

There is no such thing. There is not a single piece of javascript that will handle something that complicated. Someone has written the code before but there is no way it will plug-n-play into what you need.
You need to write the code or ask something specific if you are stuck.

Need an advice of how to change a video at a certain time for another...
Let's say it's 9:00 am and there's a video of people going to the office, then it's 18:00 pm and the video change and now the people is leaving the office.
I know that it could be done with javascript, but don't know the specific function and how to do it in HAML.

No. You're expecting the url parameter to be passed to the wrapper function, and you're not returning a function.
Try this instead:

However, you should avoid synchronous AJAX requests, as they will block the UI for the duration of the request. You should try to rewrite your code using callbacks or promises[^] instead.
