It's worth trying a Mac for a few hours if you have a friend who has one, or you can find one to use at a local library or university.

You can do just about anything with MacOS you can with Windows, but lots of things are done differently; some are only a little bit different, and some are very different. It's mostly just a matter of using it for a while, at which point it'll feel natural. Of course, you might still find that you prefer Windows - which is totally fine. Or you might find that you slightly prefer MacOS. Or you might decide you don't really like either of them. Smile | :)

It's worth noting that if you get a decently powerful Mac, you can use Parallels or VMWare Fusion to run your Windows programs alongside Mac programs. It's pretty seamless for the most part.

And if you get a Mac and decide that you *really* dislike MacOS, you can always blow it away and just install Windows. Suspicious | :suss:
