It certainly isn't an article per se. To me it seems like a collection of links. Whilst the content is valid (even though there are too many links in it for my taste) I'd consider it a Reference, not an article.

There is a hyphen in the atsign name for Sean: @Sean-Ewington
But...looking at his profile graph, he's been here a while, yes - but did almost nothing for five years and then started posting. And from what I can see, that's pretty blatant copy'n'paste work there. I'm happy with a kicking, but if Sean feels different I'm fine with that too.

I've looked at his other articles. They seem to be his own work. Let's pardon a plagiarist today. I'll speak with him. If he slips again, that will be that.

The same fellow is back with another article - Using PIVOT with SQL Server[^] . I cannot find if this has been plagiarised or not, although the phrase "PIVOT rotates a table-valued expression by turning the unique values from one column in the expression into multiple columns in the output" appears in so many articles, Q & A's, and other bits and pieces all over the web. Not quite sure what to do with this one.

I don't like it either: the "basic syntax" description looks very close to the MS documentation here: [^] The indentation is the same, most of the wording is the same. OK, there's only so many ways you can say it, but still ...
And I don't like the way he isn't complaining that his previous article was rejected as plagiarised twice, either...
