Yeah, me too! I have about 1,432,543,423 upvotes that have not been counted. I would be ahead of OG in rep points if it weren't for this racist bug trying to keep my people down. Mad | :mad:

I use reputation history as a tracker for my recent activities so it actually hampered my usual use of the site. I care not for 24 or 48 points but still...

Certain rep events have daily limits, so if you've hit the limit you won't get points for any more

For OG I could believe that but the ones listed for me were the first ones that day.

Not sure if you did something since I just posted an answer in Q&A and now it's listed. Also it looks like the statistics for last 24hrs on the right hand side have much bigger values than for example yesterday, which could be an indication that the points are recorded. If you want to have a closer look for example the following answers are not listed at all.
- Query migration from oracle to postgresql[^]
- Can we use database service broker queues for running business rules for 5000 employees?[^]
- Credit debit balance cannot call methods on decimal[^]
- Why I get -1 from stored procedure?[^]
- Is there a way to remove middel join to better performance ? I want to get cardno field after middle join ,[^]
- How to get true false if specific time arrives[^]

As a side note: It would be nice if every operation would be listed in rep page even if it yields to 0 points. The list is extremely handy quick list to recent operations and giving a shortcot instead of browsing separately through comments, answers, messages and so on.

As far as I understand the daily limit wouldn't also explain why 16 points were deducted earlier from @OriginalGriff even when I changed my vote back to 5. The impact should at least be reset to zero.

Happened once in Forums, and once in Quick Answers. Supplied an answer, noticed a typo (my typing skills have degraded lately), and gone in and edited it. Later, looking at reputation events, neither response makes it there, wither for the initial answer or for the edit.

I personally do not see the logic in requiring 6 to 10 more votes, when 5 member's votes should be more than adequate to accomplish the mission, and still stay within a safe margin of error.

I have noticed that it can take more than 24 hours to kick a spammer, with 10 votes, where if it was 5 they would have been gone much sooner.

The problem is that some users were misusing the Abuse feature because they couldn't downvote posts - with the result that the "target" member was getting kicked off. As a result, the limit had to be raised.
Changes have been made which are a bit more "aggressive" when it comes to spammers: Bugs and Suggestions[^] so that hopefully will improve teh situation.

And most of the time, they don't last an hour, let alone a day! The shortest I can recall is well under a minute! Laugh | :laugh:

Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Old spammers that hasn't been properly removed[^]

As of this posting it has been over 12 hours that these spammer accounts have been active. I have been vote 6 or 7 for most of them. Just saying... Laugh | :laugh:
