I quit over 20 years ago. It's stupid to smoke. I'll smoke the occasional cigar still, but cigarettes are just nasty. They stain your teeth and stink up everything you own. Nobody with a clean mouth wants to kiss a smoker either. So kudos for quitting.

The worst is that you don't notice anymore how you stink. Some lady really was irritated when she took the seat behind me in a bus and I got up and sat someplace else.

Good for you! Sounds like you've got your mind made up, which is the key thing in my opinion. I will have been cigarette free 20 years on November 23rd, though I still think about it way more than I should at this point.

I quit over a decade ago but I think it may have been too late, I still have the lung capacity of a gnat.

Hi All,
Ummm, the search to get out of the pub has been successful, I think!  . I found a company local to me sent them an email yesterday, was invited for an interview today. Start next Monday
