I getting more and more inclined towards don't mess with ant hill way. Let them do whatever they want in their homeland. You are not allowed here and we don't care what happens there approach is seems sensible.

This could too easily drift into a SoapBox matter. Hopefully, I won't.
The reality is our western perspective doesn't apply to rational decisions from non-western perspectives.
Being kind, forgiving, or helpful is often seen as appeasement is a sign of weakness - and vultures don't bring you a canteen of water if you collapse in the desert. The wait for the proper moment to feed on your flesh.
Israel has been suffering from this many little attacks for quite a while. The Swedish foreign minister condemned them for shooting the knife/gun/car wielder without a trial. For all practial purposes, encouragement. Now it's in the EU. Now what?

I just saw the landing page[^] for this. The kind of things these kids are thinking of is amazing. I am sure they haven't seen that pokemon game yet.

Something I've often wondered.
I had to gather the financial resources to by my own chemicals and stuff. That, of course, doesn't even include anything like a laboratory.
Where do these kids get the equipment and resources to do this stuff? A real lot of these require a real lot of money (on the development side). If it's sponsored, how do they get on the que? Who is selected and how?
Note that this is not a complaint: free opportunities for education and resources, at least to the gifted (can of worms now wide open) is a bargain. One success in a thousand pays for all the rest, economically, and helps the world out. A real bargain.

I don't think they would have a ready to use product. They might have made a prototype using whatever they could buy or whatever their schools would have provided. May be their parent's friend circle might have helped.
I don't know how they did this. I am just speculating.

I'm talking about that - the resources required for very many of these is out of the reach of the 'mere mortals' amongst us.
Where I live, a girl won a Westinghouse award for her invention/project/scholarship - coincidentally in the field in which her father works. The rest is open to speculation -

Alas - USA is the wrong country for that. In India, education is highly respected (or used to be!). Here, cutting funding to schools seems to be a national pastime.

Development of reusable capsules of beta-galactosidase intended for people who are lactose intolerant
Being lactose intolerant myself, I can't help but wonder how the capsule is "reusable." 
In all projects, it was seen that the capsules are not for oral use, being directly applied in milk, as a result of which daily use of the same capsule is possible, thus making the product reusable and cheaper.

Saturday we loaded all our chattle onto a lorry bound for Hungariaorszag. Yesterday we cleared all he remaining rubbish and prepared the car.
Today is trips to the tip with afore mentioned detritus.
Tomorrow we leave for the 1,000 mile trip home.
Maybe when we arrive in Balatonfured I can get some sleep.
