At least OG gives some short hints, which I think is only fair. "Especially" in this case where the member joined the Forum since about five years and his recent answers Looks ok.

There have been several accounts over the past few weeks which seem to have been "hacked". The accounts have posted reasonable content three or four years ago, then been left inactive, and suddenly started posting spam.
I suspect this is another example.

The link seems pretty benign. The article appears to be a genuine attempt (even though not an appropriate subject). It should be adequate to not approve the article and let the member know why.
