I see 2 messages that are meaningless but not SPAM. Are there others that have been closed that were SPAM?

This is the third one in the last couple of days, and if you look at their bios it is clear they are not developers.

After I posted the question, I did see the other links below and the 2 other accounts. Still, I don't see it as abuse or SPAM. If some goof off wants to post meaningless posts it is not against site policy. After all, the Lounge is full of what people are having for lunch or what they are doing for the weekend. In my book, those messages are just as meaningless yet very tolerated.

Resurrecting really old questions to post a link to his site.
This is possibly another hacked account. He's been a member for 11 years, but hasn't posted anything since 2013. There's no obvious spam in the old messages.
