Prevent the creation of JavaScript?
Add to that HTML, CSS, and Internet Explorer. I've been doing web development for a good year now and compared to desktop development it's a dirty mess. Nothing works as it should.
Set CSS width on a HTML span element? Nope, because either width or span doesn't work that way. Now make that span element display as a block element and it behaves pretty much like a div and suddenly width works on that span. But set some other CSS style and all of a sudden width stops working again. Riiiiiiiight... Unsure | :~
A simple form? Better have a ton of security checks in place. Send a file back to the server without having a form, maybe through AJAX? Nope, only works since IE 10 (I believe). Why not a form? Because submitting it somehow causes your entire page to load... Mad |
No wonder so many websites get compromised, it's friggin' impossible to create a decent web page Dead | X|

Sometimes I wish I was doing desktop development again Sigh | :sigh:
