I've been thinking... (A dangerous thing for me to do.)
The best solution is to build a quad garage for your cars with enough room for a "man cave".
In the "man cave" install a bar, big screen TV, couch, pool table, posters of your favourite ride (Lambo or bimbo) and workshop.
There you go.

I have always been a little jealous because you use AOMEI Backupper to create images, and AOMEI has the nifty capability to browse through an image for individual files and Macrium's Reflect, that I use, cannot do that (or so I thought).
Then yesterday the pawpaw hit the fan: I upgraded Herself's computer from 7 to 10 with a clean install in February, and forgot to save some very special fonts she had in 7. I always forget the stoopid fonts when I rebuild a machine. She needed her special fonts and she needed them NOW, and the only place they existed, was in a Win 7 image I happened to take just before the change to 10.
Then I thought of a possibility: What if Macrium's Reflect can browse for folders and files in an image, and I just haven't discovered it yet? I mean, just like Griff says about AOMEI? With trembling hands I fired up Reflect and there it was on the 'Restore' tab: A link called 'Browse Image'!
To cut a long story short, I quickly copied the entire Fonts folder in the image and she had all her fonts back. Phew! That was close! For a moment there the doors of hell were opening before me! I could smell the sulphur and see Lucifer's malicious grin! 
I now believe there is little to choose between AOMEI and Reflect. Both are free and both can do all you and I will ever ask.
Get me coffee and no one gets hurt!

It that the age, married, having kids, knowledge base, handing the title as pendant, a combination of all or something else. I'm getting frustrated now a days not only in the office but here in CP too.

For me it was the job title.
Came with the experience.
Wasn't that old, wasn't married. Definitely did not have kids. Didn't wear a pendant.
By the time I got the "title" at a "real" company, I'd been working in the industry about 15 years ... and doing the job ... not just turning up and reproducing someone else's work.
I was also a "Senior" developer in my first job, by dint of the fact I was the only developer therefore the senior one (of one).
It's a badge. Ignore it.

Nothing, absolutely nothing. The title has been so over used it is meaningless. I have seen people with less than 2 years experience claim senior developer while the same title may be applied to someone with 20 years experience.
As for your frustration you can always... no I'm not going there!

I have been hired at two different jobs as the sole SW developer on a team of engineers. I was therefore, by default, "the Senior SW Dev" (and referred to myself as such on a few unguarded occasions). Of course, I was also the Junior SW Dev too (but let's not go there).

On a serious note, I expect he/she should have the ability to mentor, know the subject matter, explain the pros and cons of doing something...
I'm junior with few years of experience. I'm met few exceptionally(relative to my knowledge) good as well as dumbest(they might be smart on their own way) seniors.
On the CP side, it reflects the same way as of the above. That what I observed so far...

yes ... often being presented with n-ways of doing something, knowing why/why-not for some of them should fall into 'senior' titles, not just because 'its cool/because we can', but "it fits with the business, now and in the future"

You have few languages/tools under your belt
You waste some time learning some tool/language that is of no immediate use to you
