Some admit the problem and try to fix it, or at least tell you when it'll be fixed.

We all make mistakes: the sign of a mature individual is that you accept responsibility for them, and try not to make them again.

I emailed tech support for a Canadian Company I shan't name (but they are famed for adding bugs and reducing UI usability) about a couple of bugs in the latest version of their software. Really obvious ones: "Save" not working unless you click away from the app first; blank dialogs so you have to remember what the message was from the previous version before you select "Yes", "No", or "Cancel"; that kind of thing. Stuff that shouldn't happen, and should be caught a long time before release if it does...
Got a reply last night:
Thank you for contacting ***** Technical Support.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your insight as a customer and we look forward to improving our products to you in the future.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions.
Useless, yes? Group one or two, I'd say.
Then this morning comes another:
We hope everything has been resolved to your satisfaction. Please take a moment to let us know what you think by clicking either link below.

Good, I'm satisfied
Bad, I'm unsatisfied So, they've closed the ticket and that's my lot, sonny Jim!
Makes me wonder why I bothered reporting problems...

Our customers have access to our bug tracking system.
They can create issues, track progress, and add comments & updates to the issues they've raised.
Transparency is good. Usually

It was shown on Sky, and the advertisments looked rather promising (suspense, action, whatever you like),
just like an advert should be. But the movie itself was disappointing (my opinion, there is no accounting for taste).
Lame story, no inherent logic in the plot....although the initial idea of a train representing society(?) could make for a really good movie/story...
...in short, it tried so hard to look serious but was a fail in that respect.

I did not see any trailers for it, so I had no expectations. I try to stay away from trailers since Terminator: Salvation. Just gave away the whole plot and the movie was just boring to watch, even though it would have been good without the spoilers.
