It's either there because he works for the company and is pretending to be unbiased: it's a paid product so that makes it an advert, and thus spam.
Or, he doesn't work for the company but copied their website blurb and called it his own: which makes it plagiarism.

Either way, it's a capital offence Wink | ;)

I have reported it as 'Not a question' without reporting the user because I don't wanted to open the link. If it is what it claims to be, I think 'Not a question' fits (better than 'Off-Topic').

More a troll posting than site driving.

The link does not work (directing back to the post itself). Even when it would work I dont think that an Algerian university needs site driving.
