It's just a collection of three ZIP files, which appear to contain PDF files. The files themselves appear to be articles from journal-type websites - they contain links to the originator siute, such as http://www.journals.elsevier.com/international-journal-of-production-economics[^].

But the sites display a copyright notice, so I assume that the articles are also copyright (though I don't see any copyright notice in the PDF itself).

The "reference" itself is probably not publishable in its current form, but I'm reasonably sure that the whole download set would count as copyright infringement and thus plagiarism? @Sean-Ewington - any thoughts?

I can't imagine why someone would do this. It's not exactly copying text so much as sharing files that contain copyright text. Perhaps those are slightly different things? Either way this is junk.

I'm guessing, but I suspect a lot of the rubbish and plagiarised articles we get are there just so they can put "published n articles on CodeProject" on the resume. And hope that no-one looks too closely and sees they are all variations on "hello world"... Laugh | :laugh:
