I did a few weeks ago.
Admittedly it was flashing for ages and didn't turn that we at all, but it proves they work.
Bloke probably took it to a garage to complain about an irritating ticking noise whilst he was driving along.

Well, we picked a good weekend for our annual Belgium beer trip. Armed police and soldiers on the streets of Brussels and Antwerp, armed police checking passports on the train to Antwerp on Saturday, armoured cars on the streets of Brussels yesterday...
Amazingly, despite being very quiet, only one bar that we tried to visit was closed.
Hope all our Belgian CPians are staying safe.
