Sometimes I like to respond in "outline" format on QA, as in this answer here: [^].
But, as you can see, the CP editor mangles my "outline headers."
Is there a way to either over-ride that behavior, or is there some format which is "safe" to use ... perhaps, like:
A
a1
a2
B
b1
b2
b2a
b2b
...
Yeah, I never recovered from using the More Outliner (and David Dunham's 'Acta for the Mac) from way back when outlining was a BFD.

We're getting a lot of "copycat" answers by the usual rep-freaks lately, all showing the same hour they were posted.
Since votes may change the order in which solution are shown (well, it seems so, but I'm not totally sure), I can't tell accurately which answers are posted first.
Yes, if I could tell with confidence which answers were posted first, I would vote those answers up, while either ignoring, or, possibly, down-voting, the answers I perceive to have been "copycat." If multiple answers were all submitted within the same "30 minute zone," I'd probably not down-vote since those solutions may have been "cooking" about the same time, and the poster may not have seen the other solutions with similar content.

I thought the counter for "Solution XX" was in order of publication. I mean...
If the answers are ordered "Solution 3", "Solution 1" and "Solution 2" is because of votes, but still "Solution 1" came to server before "Solution 2" and so on.
You proposal is still valid, I find it a nice to have feature

Yes, but the issue is, they might have been written at the same time. When you only see "2 hours ago" that might mean "2 hour and 10 minutes ago" someone has copied something from one who has posted a solution "2 hours and 50 minutes ago". But it might also mean that both were written within a few minutes and thus couldn't know about someone else posting the same solution at the same time.
Another option might be to actually show the real date and time when hovering over a the "2 hours ago" in a tooltip so it shows "2015-11-18 11:36am"

if I bookmarked articles and if I delete my user account from browser my bookmarks are deleted also.
I think that it is not correct.

The markdown on Quick answers forum enables us to create a heading using #. That's great, but in the code blocks. Where one has to write C++ programs, it creates a problem.
#include <iostream>
Would be translated to something like this
<h1>include <iostream></h1>
Perhaps there was a class name included in the heading element that I do not remember at the moment. So what I want to say is that markdown is a good feature, I prefer it in many cases. But it must be "intelligent" enough to understand SOME STUFF DOESN'T NEED TO BE TINKERED WITH, specially when it is a C++ program.

You need to escape the # with a \, so (\#include instead of #include)

My suggestion is CodeProject to have a room for benchmarking, meaning at least one guy (either from CP or a member) to offer to fellow members some assistance in computing/benchmarking some code. Guys lacking computational power  or wanting to see how a particular code/function is gonna perform on some newer, more expensive machine (in my case Intel 6700K) will benefit such a FAVOR!
Imagine, a CodeProject fast machine used as a tool to improve the performance of some project - a real help it would be! 
In my case I need some 3 hours of single-threaded 6700K|5960x running my latest decompressor Goldenboy.

I like this idea, also beside "borrowing" the computing power a thing that I would find interesting is environment testing (these are two main reasons why I usually ask such a favour to my colleagues).
So for example instead of hassling and maintaining multiple VMs, one could just ask if anyone could run something on some specified environment.

Glad that you like it, one dozen of guys helped me in benchmarking (and thus improving) my C etudes, having only two old laptops (Core 2) limits a lot my testing  I feel overusing their good will, so a "dedicated" room will serve well avoiding the constant need for favors.
Not everyone can save money in this nasty worldwide economic crisis for a new toy.
