Why did @OriginalGriff have to post about sausage rolls? As a result I decided I hadn't made puff pastry for ages so I made some this morning.
Now what am I going to use it for? Looks like it'll be steak and chilli parcels.
That'll need chips to be served with it.

Fold four has taken place, now it'll rest till early evening when I'll roll it out and make little pirdy envelopes with a beef, onion, chili and garlic filling. Egg wash and 20-30 minutes inna damned hot oven and Robert's your Mother's Brother!

Herself is off today, so she's cooking.
Which means cold Gammon from the joint I slow cooked yesterday with oven chips. 
It was really good hot, with Dauphinoise potatoes, roasted pineapple, and green beans but ...

So I finished the gym, had the protein powder and after a decent break got into a huge serving of Garlic Chilli Prawns.
Turns out you just have to have a beer or four with them.
Just about to have number four now.
May just have to wash it all down with a Drumstick[^], Original Vanilla is the only one worth having.
