By default in VB.NET there is no such thing, and as far as my understanding is concerned I still don't get what you want to achieve.

Everything needs to be passed, and the particles, if you are talking about graphics, would take much more than just simple VB.NET. VB.NET itself doesn't know much about anything, everything needs to be shared with it. Also, where are the "following codes and input data"?
