I have seen examples of C# keyloggers before, but they were used to demonstrate low level keyboard hooks.
I used the hook code from one to toy with it. Never did anything else.
I also read a blog about someone using a keylogger to figure out a low level keyboard issue. It worked, apparently, as he found and fixed the issue.
