I've used the JIRA web interface as an issue tracking system.
At first I didn't like it, lots of options, not very intuitive, all in all just a bit difficult to use.
I've now used it for a few months and it's actually not so bad. I get around, creating tickets, reports, using the Kanban board, etc.
They do integrate with Visual Studio, but I haven't tried it. I can imagine it's not as smooth as TFS.
But then again the TFS web interface is just horrible...
I definitely prefer JIRA over TFS.

Jira is pretty much 'du jour' in my industry. It's alright if you like that sort of thing.
It all seems to be about assigning work to other people on a bridge-to-engine-room type hierarchy. It can also get in the way with actually getting on with what needs doing, but I guess that's how you work with it rather than the thing itself.

I believe Bitbucket is run by Atlassian. We use this at work. I used to use Jira. Took a little while to get used to Jira, but I liked it for the most part, had the best integration possibilities at the time (2 years ago). They might be even better now, don't know though.

I have used Bitbucket before (And loved it). I usually use Github now, but I will use Bitbucket for Private repos (and I may set it up as a mirror to my GH repos)

We used Jira at our my last gig. It worked well and did what it said on the box. Intigration* was generally quite good and the young Turks believed it to be Bob's Gift to Productivity.

We use Jira and Confluence heavily. I like both products very much.

We have multiple products each with its own team(s) over remote locations that in some cases need to talk to each other. We have recently migrated to Jira from StarTeam and overall the experience has been good. The queries are fairly customizable and allow us to see at a glance what's happening. It has encouraged cross-team participation since the issues are more transparent and it is easier to find scheduling information.
One thing that isn't that intuitive is seeing at a glance what changes are linked to a particular Jira for code review purposes. That may just be how our system is set up rather than a limitation with Jira itself.
We use Confluence and this has greatly improved the searchability of our wiki pages. It has also encouraged people to create more wiki pages due to it's ease of use. Table features on a wiki page could be improved upon but what's there is sufficient to get the job done.

I know! He works very hard in Q&A for it.
What I don't understand is how he gets the time. He's self employed. Now exactly which client is willing to pay him for spending all his working hours on CP?
Apart from that, it's quite a feat. It's not easy gaining points in Q&A either. It's not enough that you write an answer (correct or not, doesn't matter) - if you don't supply a working code solution, you WILL be downvoted there!
I don't go there much myself, because I find it too frustrating that even the suggestions given in the most helpful spirit stands a big chance of being downvoted. To quote the famous philosopher Lily Allen: "It's not fair!"
