If your breathing gets really bad, forget salbutamol and all the cr@p that doctors say will help, because they won't, and get some Friar's Balsam (benzoin tincture) to inhale. It'll get all the gunk out of your lungs in one go, letting you breathe well and giving you a chance to fight the bugs.
Doctors stopped prescribing it because of their knee-jerk "don't make the patient regurgitate!!!" thing; but it's not regurgitation, it's expulsion of excess fluid from the lungs (sit down quickly, after it works, because you'll get an oxygen high like you won't believe, when your airways clear).

I'd take something that I knew was 100% goina make me hurl if it would clear out my lungs. Violent short term vomitting is worth it once you've been sick for a few weeks with the "can't breath-itis"

Give Friar's Balsam a go.
The first time I tried it, I was 17, alone in the house, and almost completely unable to breathe.
It took me over fifteen minutes to go the twenty yards to the kitchen, because I had nothing; no strength at all. My arm and leg muscles were just juddering.
I couldn't find the mentholatum (looking through the cupboard for three seconds wanted just too much mental and physical effort), so I sloshed some Friar's Balsam into a bowl, dumped hot water on it, and inhaled a few times.
It was the most revolting thing I had ever breathed in; a real choker, but I kept at it for a few breaths, and then it was like my chest suddenly clenched, and a load of disgusting slime shot out, bang!
Within half a minute, my blood had carried loads of oxygen to where it was needed, and I felt so bouncy that I could hardly believe I'd been ill.

Don't even get me started. My wife isn't covered through my work insurance, so we have an independant plan. Unfortunately she had to use it for keto acidosis recently.
So that's when we find out how crappy the $300 per month plan actually is.
So with her diabetes if nothing goes wrong, on the same plan, just to be regular we're in for 15k per year. Perscriptions over $300 each till we reach the deductible. Stuff like that.

I never win any (medical industry) friends this way, but this is why I would go for a single-provider socialized system.
First advantage: Being MD won't be big buck (they whine about it isn't so and drive off in Audi convertible) - so who'll want to be an MD?
Well people who go into Math, Chemistry, and Physics (for examples) do it as a calling - for the love of doing it. Which do you think will supply better care? A "A" student who doesn't give a crap or a "A-/B+" student really likes to make people well?
And, of course, with more MD/DDS/Etc, we'd not wait as long for an appointment, they could spend more time with each patient, and we could use emergency rooms for real emergencies.
You get the basic picture: the wrong people go into the business for the wrong reasons.

Hope you feel better. I get very upset when doctors/nurses tell be things like what you have stated. Make sure it is not bronchitis, because that can actually turn into pneumonia if not treated early. Other than that, I am not going to give you any other medical advice; not a doctor, not going to pretend to be one, even if I did sleep at a Holiday Inn, 2 years ago. 
See, even the strongest of warriors can be brought to their knees by health issues. Keep your chin up.

So, by and large, they're going to fine Google for not giving fair and even results from searches. Someone should remind them that paid positioning is how Google makes its money.
They probably know this - so why?
Well - think "Greece" - no not the fries available in the Google cafeteria - but the nation going financially down the tubes. The EU needs to help out Greece by writing off the loans and/or giving them more money. But from where . . . oh, yeah . . . now I get it.
Were I Google, I'd make an example of them: stuff it up your collective croissant - and pull all my resources (i.e., jobs) from the EU - and then - if the EU wishes to block Google, well, we know what that says about the EU.
As for China? I'd just pull the Elephanting plug on them rather than limit searches per their government's recreation of reality.

I agree that an example needs to be made.
The greedy @rsehole yanks who cause the global financial problems that screw up national economies every few years should be lined up against a wall and shot.
That way, the next two or three times they do it (probably within the next 15-20 years), enough of them should be culled that they'll be unlikely to be able to do it again.

There is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that Yankee financial institutions have been responsible for just about every major global economic downturn in the last century.
So I'm not in doubt. The problems faced by countries like Iceland and Greece are a direct result of Yankee greed.

Yup - I have some Kodak super-zoom cameras w/Schneider lenses. Someone worked like a fiend to make so sharp over its entire range.
However - it would have been nice if you'd bailed out (or bought) Kodak's digital camera manufacturing division. It's since been licensed and they're not doing it proud.
