Well...it's better than 5.0 / 5.0.2

But it's not perfect.
The new graphics do slug the device a bit - it's not all the time, but some operations do seem less snappy.

Battery use is still higher: a couple of hours less use per day for me, with nothing too intensive over the weekend.

It crashed Saturday, and again on Sunday.
It freezes from time to time, seems to be related to a lack of WiFi signal. It you move out of range of valid WiFi if can lock the device for a couple of minutes (and may make it crash as a result).

It really doesn't like AdBlock Plus...

Will I keep it? Or downgrade back to 4.4? Dunno yet - but I suspect that 4.4 is on the cards. It was smoother all the time, didn't crash, didn't lock. Not as pretty, doesn't have the "two finger drag down" of 5.x - but it's alarm clock support was easier to use, and the email client was better.
I'll give it a few more days before I decide - I'd like to get "the latest" if only to get rid of the permanent "update waiting" notice that 4.4 had in the top right!
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...
