Since I've been reloading for a few years now, I might actually have a bit more on hand than JSOP. If not, I'm sure I can easily load up some more. Powder, primers and brass I have aplenty, though some actual bullet styles are a bit hard to find right now. From .380 ACP through .30-06, I'm reasonably well stocked; not enough yet to fend off a full scale zombie apocalypse, but that's not scheduled until sometime in May. I'll be ready...

Within Picasa, I edit a picture. I close and re-open Picasa and the changes are still in effect. However, when I view that picture in Windows Explorer, it's untouched. Is Picasa keeping changes in its own folder structure someplace?

I think that it does non-destructive editing; it will not modify the original image, it will only keep the operations you did.
You need to export the image to a new file.
I'd rather be phishing!

Are you sure that you saved the image, on the disk too because it might even be like as if you're editing the online copy of your image.

I assumed so since I closed and re-opened Picasa and the changes were still there. Unlike other programs with a "dirty" document, it did not ask me to save my changes when I exited.

It doesn't change the original. It keeps a list (in an .INI file) of the changes you made and applies them each time you use Picasa to view the file again.
To make the changes permanent you have to export the file from Picasa.

Hi all,
In our community about three miles from our house there is a state park. This spring they have a real interesting link showing two bald eagles and their nest that currently has two eggs in it. The link has gotten fairly popular and I even saw it on weather.com this morning. It is however local to me and my family:

I know, I know. Sorry, but it is only since I came to live in the US that I became this horrible person! When I lived in Europe I knew I would only need two eggs for an omelette; only Americans use three with their excessive portion sizes!
