At about 10:25 UTC I had no response for about five minutes.
Page tried to load for a while and finally shows "service unavailable". Retrying gave the same error without delay until it worked again.
I know the time beacuse I was trying to post into a forum and finally decided to use an editor until I'm able to paste it.

The servers have slowed to a crawl counting your rep points
Me and my evil co-conspirators who are continually checking your rep points to make sure you jump over the 1234567 mark

I have mentioned this to Chris on a few occasions. This is still an ongoing issue with me here my Area of upstate New York, and has been occurring for over 2 years now.
Edit: It has been mentioned to me that this may be an ISP issue in my local.
