I don't think the first one (bilalali) is actually a spammer, if you look at his/her posts.

I felt the same. But his posts were in Moderation queue and are spam.

Yes, you are right actually. It was by mistake. The post in moderation was not a spam, but was "not a question". I was deleting all the spams and it got deleted in that flow. Sorry.
This was the post - How to create this list in c#[^].
I will be careful next time. However, the post does not make any sense.

Yes, just above the "Normal" moderation list.
It doesn't last long though - it's a "head shot" for the messages so as soon as someone sees the list appear, it's pretty much gone.

I follow to your Suggestion and I trust the protectors. Can you exaplain me why this one is gone with the message "Closed because the member is a spammer. Reported by OriginalGriff on Sunday, January 18, 2015 2:52pm. " and others Needs more than one Report?
I really don't like to stalk, you can also simply tell me "shut your mouth".
