Just a question:
- Does it support agile projects? More specifically Scrum, can I create a backlog, create and track sprints, burndown, etc. using this tool?
Just did a search for 'agile' on that page, and did not find one. That's the reason for this question.

Yup! But there is thing a bit more tuned for ToDo things, but same simple as Excel: ToDo List (there is project on this site)

I also need to seek out Work Items that weren't deployed and find out why.

I don't use any, but I generally work on small-scale projects as programming is just something I do in my spare time, so I've never felt the need for any such software

Currently using JIRA, but used TestTrack Pro[^] before this company and end up creating our own Bug Tracker system to integrate everything into our system.

While I see how such things can benefit "large" projects; with small projects like mine, just fixing the problem is enough, no need to "track" it.

As a contractor I just fit in with whatever the client currently uses. If there's nothing in place I use a spreadsheet for my own stuff (bug tracking) or VS' 'TODO' markers
|

e.g.; VS comes with debugging all nice and ready to enable.
But sometimes it just back to putting in lines of "Here I Am #" code, possibly with commenting out blocks at a time, and seeing how fare you get. This version, of course, requires the soul of an artist.

I'm using TeamForge for the project I'm active on now; in the past 2 years I've also used RedMine and the bug tracker template in SharePoint (not the greatest from a developer/workflow standpoint; but making it as easy as possible for users to submit problems was a net win IMO).

To be honest with you, I really liked the Bugzilla layout. Not sure I'm a big fan of Jira at the moment... but maybe it'll grow on me.

For personal bug tracking (where I'm the only dev) I find his ToDo List[^] to be the most useful and flexible for my needs.

We started using JIRA a couple months ago after years of using a custom template inside Microsoft Groove.
All is going well; but we still have to streamline our workflow.
We are still evaluating and formalizing the usage of the plugins "Crucible" for code review and "FishEye" for code management.
I'd rather be phishing!
